| The Mission of the Western Inline Hockey Association (WIHA) is to provide inter-rink play, coach and referees certification and assist with grass root development in the Western United States; to assist other regions of the USA to develop a similar program; to help the sport of roller hockey in general with the philosophy of "rinks helping rinks" |
